These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://behzadhussain.me (the “Site”), operated by Rank Brilliance LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Paid services are governed by a separate written engagement agreement between us and each client. In the event of conflict, the engagement agreement controls for that client.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site. If you access the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including articles, research, diagrams, charts, screenshots, code snippets, templates, brand assets, and page design, is owned by Rank Brilliance LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for personal or internal business reference. All other rights are reserved.

You may:

  • read and share links to public pages;
  • quote short passages (fewer than 90 words) with attribution and a link to the source page;
  • print pages for personal or internal use.

You may not:

  • copy, republish, syndicate, or redistribute substantial portions of Site content in any medium, including AI-training datasets or scraping outputs, without prior written permission;
  • remove or alter attribution, copyright, or trademark notices;
  • use Site content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models without a separate license;
  • present Site content as your own or in a way that misleads readers about authorship.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • interfere with the Site or its underlying infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or vulnerability probing outside a coordinated disclosure;
  • use automated tools to access the Site at a rate that materially affects its performance, or to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or access controls;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any Site component;
  • impersonate any person or entity;
  • upload malicious code, phishing content, or content that violates any law;
  • collect information about other users through the Site.

We may block, throttle, or terminate access without notice if we reasonably believe you are in breach.

4. Submissions and user content

If you submit information through a form, email, or other channel connected to the Site (a “Submission”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Submission for the purpose of responding to you, delivering requested services, and improving the Site. You represent that your Submission does not violate any third party’s rights and does not contain confidential information you are not authorized to share.

We do not agree to any confidentiality obligations by receiving a Submission unless a written non-disclosure agreement is in place before the Submission is made.

5. Third-party content and links

The Site may reference third-party websites, tools, products, research, or trademarks for informational purposes. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, and your interactions with third parties are between you and them.

6. No professional advice

The Site is educational and marketing content. It is not legal advice, not tax advice, and not a substitute for independent professional judgement in your jurisdiction. Read the Professional Services Disclaimer for detail.

Nothing on the Site creates an attorney-client, fiduciary, advisor, or agency relationship between you and us.

7. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that content is complete or current. Search engine and AI-surface behavior changes constantly, and results described on the Site are illustrative, not promises.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • IN NO EVENT WILL Rank Brilliance LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  • OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rank Brilliance LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of law or of any third party’s rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming, United States for any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the Site after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
