This Disclaimer explains the nature and limits of the services and content provided by Rank Brilliance LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) through https://behzadhussain.me (the “Site”). Read it together with the Terms of Use.
1. Nature of services
We provide search engine optimization consulting, semantic content strategy, and organic acquisition services for law firms, primarily in the personal injury practice area. Our work is a marketing service, not a legal service.
2. Not legal advice
Nothing on the Site, in our proposals, in our engagement communications, or in our deliverables constitutes legal advice. Content is educational and business advisory in nature. It is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction. Do not act or refrain from acting based on Site content without first consulting a qualified lawyer.
3. No attorney-client relationship
We are not lawyers and we do not practice law. No attorney-client relationship is created by:
- reading the Site or downloading our materials;
- subscribing to our newsletter;
- contacting us through the Site;
- engaging us as an SEO consultant.
Any legal-adjacent statements we make (for example, about state bar advertising rules, professional conduct rules, or court decisions) are lay observations based on public sources and are subject to change. Confirm the current rule with counsel before relying on it.
4. Bar and advertising rules
Lawyer advertising is regulated by state bar authorities in the United States, the Solicitors Regulation Authority or Law Society in the United Kingdom, and provincial law societies in Canada. You are solely responsible for the compliance of any marketing content, claim, disclaimer, testimonial, or attorney profile that appears on your own website or third-party platforms, whether or not we advised on it. We will flag issues we notice, but we do not assume responsibility for bar-rule compliance.
5. No guarantee of results
Search engines, AI answer engines, and third-party platforms change their algorithms, features, and policies frequently and without notice. Results we describe (for example, rankings, traffic gains, lead volume, conversion rates, revenue attribution, or citations in AI Overviews) are illustrative and not guaranteed. Past client results do not predict future results for your firm. Testimonials describe the experience of specific clients in specific circumstances and are not typical outcomes.
We do not guarantee:
- any specific ranking position on any search engine;
- inclusion or citation in any AI answer surface, knowledge panel, or featured snippet;
- any specific volume, quality, or conversion rate of leads or cases;
- indexing or crawling by any search engine within any specific timeframe.
6. Independent judgement
You retain full authority over your firm’s marketing, messaging, and legal-service delivery. We provide recommendations. You decide what to publish, how to serve clients, and how to handle intake, retainer, and case work.
7. Third-party research and sources
The Site references third-party research, patents, court decisions, agency guidance, and public data. We aim for accuracy at the time of writing, but sources change, guidance is updated, and interpretations evolve. Confirm any claim against the primary source before acting on it.
8. External profiles
We may describe how to configure profiles on Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads, Bar directories, and similar external platforms. Those platforms have their own terms of service; you are responsible for reading and complying with them.
