Effective date: August 16, 2026
Rank Brilliance LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to responsible commercial email and messaging. This Anti-Spam Policy explains the rules we follow when sending outreach, newsletters, and other commercial electronic messages, and how you can control the messages you receive from us.
We follow the requirements of the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (“CASL”), the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (“PECR”) read with the UK GDPR, and equivalent laws in the countries where our recipients are located.
1. Consent
We do not send commercial email to a recipient unless one of the following applies:
- Express consent.The recipient has actively opted in through a form, checkbox, or written request. We keep a record of when and how consent was obtained.
- Implied consent (CASL).The recipient is an existing client within the previous 24 months, has made an inquiry within the previous 6 months, or has published a business email address without a “no unsolicited email” statement and the message relates to their business role.
- Soft opt-in (PECR).The recipient bought or negotiated for a similar service from us, we offered a clear opt-out at the point of collection, and every subsequent message offers an opt-out.
We do not purchase, rent, scrape, or otherwise acquire email lists from third parties, and we do not send messages to lists supplied to us without documented consent.
2. Content of our messages
Every commercial email we send includes:
- a clear identification of the sender (Rank Brilliance LLC);
- our valid postal address;
- an honest, non-deceptive subject line that reflects the content;
- a plainly visible and one-click unsubscribe link;
- for CASL, a statement of the basis of consent where required.
We do not use false or misleading header information, disguised sender identities, or subject lines that misrepresent what the message contains.
3. Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from any commercial email we send by:
- clicking the unsubscribe link in that email; or
- emailing info@behzadhussain.me with “unsubscribe” in the subject line.
We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days (CAN-SPAM allows up to 10 business days; we usually process them within 24 hours). We keep a suppression list to prevent your address from being re-added.
Transactional messages, engagement confirmations, and legally required notices are not commercial email and are not affected by unsubscribing from marketing.
4. Third parties acting for us
If we use a third-party service to send commercial email (for example, an email delivery platform or newsletter tool), that third party is bound by written contract to comply with the same rules and to process personal data only on our instructions.
5. Complaints
If you believe you have received email from us that violates this policy or any of the laws above, contact us at info@behzadhussain.me with the subject line “Spam complaint” and include the original message. We will investigate within 5 business days.
You may also file a complaint with your regulator:
- United States:Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov
- Canada:Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission at fightspam.gc.ca
- United Kingdom:Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk
6. Text messages and other channels
If we launch SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging channels, the same consent, identification, and opt-out rules will apply, adapted to the channel’s technical requirements (for example, replying STOP to unsubscribe from SMS).
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Effective date” above.
