Stop guessing. Diagnose. Find out what’s blocking signed cases at your PI firm in 10 days.
A senior strategist runs a four-pillar diagnosis on your firm’s site and delivers a ranked, sequenced roadmap. Fixed price. Refined until clarity is achieved.
Diagnostics capped at 3 per month. Behzad runs every one personally.
Your SEO spend is producing activity, not signed cases. Here’s why.
Most PI firms past $2M are running into one of five patterns. They look different on the surface. They cost the same in unsigned cases.
SEO feels expensive but unclear. Reports are full. Pipeline isn’t.
Competitors outrank you in the high-value queries that actually pay.
Website structure is weak or outdated. No one has audited it for PI in 18 months.
Traffic doesn’t convert to case inquiries. The form is too long; the trust signals are missing.
No one has named what is broken. So every quarter you write the same check for the same activity.
Built for the firms where one signed case pays for the engagement.
The Diagnostic is built for a specific kind of PI firm at a specific stage. The price filters for partners who already know what generic SEO has cost them.
Built for
- PI firms with 5 to 50+ attorneys.
- $2M to $30M+ in annual revenue.
- Operating in the US, UK, or Canada.
- Currently running an unsatisfactory SEO program.
- Led by Managing Partner, Founder, CMO, or Growth Lead.
Not built for
- Solo practitioners or 1 to 4 attorney firms.
- Non-PI practice areas. PI-only depth is the method.
- Firms expecting a $500 audit or a free call.
- Firms unwilling to share analytics access.
- Firms expecting execution inside the same engagement.
One number, named. One roadmap, sequenced. One walkthrough, recorded.
At the end of 10 days you know exactly which pillar is blocking signed cases at your firm, in what order to fix it, and what each fix is worth.
The Diagnostic runs your firm against the four pillars. In dependency order.
The PI Authority Engine is the same mechanism behind every engagement at this firm. The Diagnostic is the Engine’s diagnosis layer, applied to your site, your competitors, and the queries your claimants actually search.
Plain English: more proof of authority, across more of the queries your claimants search, divided by how cheap your site is for Google to crawl, parse, and render. The Diagnostic finds the term in that ratio that’s holding your firm back.
Technical Stability
Your site is cheap and fast for Google to read.

What the engagement covers, what it doesn’t, and the nine artifacts that ship.
Scope clarity is part of the deliverable. The Diagnostic is a strategic diagnosis, not an execution sprint. The boundary is intentional.

The only guarantee anyone in SEO can honestly make.
If the deliverable doesn’t make your firm’s situation crystal-clear by the end of the walkthrough, the engagement does not close until it does. No new invoice. No second engagement. Refinement until clarity.
No vendor can honestly guarantee rankings. Any vendor who does is either lying or doesn’t understand the index. What can be guaranteed is the quality of the diagnosis, and the standard the diagnosis has to meet before it ships.
Questions partners ask before the first call.
Ten short answers. The rest happen on the scoping call.
Why is the Diagnostic $4,500 and not a free call?
A free call gets you a sales pitch. The Diagnostic gets you a 10-day deliverable: nine ranked artifacts, a sequenced roadmap, and a recorded walkthrough. The price filters for partners who already know what generic SEO has cost them.
What if the diagnosis isn’t clear at the end?
The engagement does not close until the roadmap is crystal-clear. No new invoice. No second engagement. Refinement until clarity is achieved. That’s the only guarantee anyone in SEO can honestly make.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Any vendor who guarantees rankings is either lying or doesn’t understand the index. What I guarantee is a clear, prioritized roadmap. The work after that is structural, not promissory.
How much time will my team spend on this?
Roughly 2.5 hours across the 10 days. A 45-minute onboarding call on Day 1, access setup, and a 60 to 90 minute recorded walkthrough on Day 10. The rest is the strategist’s work.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to Google Search Console, GA4, your CMS, and your Google Business Profile. Any analytics or vendor-side dashboards you use. No write access requested at the Diagnostic tier.
Will you work with our current agency?
Yes. The Diagnostic produces an objective roadmap your current agency can execute against. Many firms use the deliverable as the evaluation lens for whether their existing vendor is the right one for the next 12 months.
Can we go straight into a Growth System engagement after?
Yes. The Diagnostic is the standard entry point for the Growth System. Roughly two-thirds of Diagnostic clients move into a Growth System engagement within 30 days. There’s no obligation either way.
Do we own the work?
Yes. Every artifact, the roadmap, the audits, the schema specs, the Query Network maps, is yours outright. No retained IP. No platform lock-in. No proprietary dashboards. The work moves with you if our engagement ends.
Why personal injury only?
PI is the most expensive vertical in search. The structural patterns that win it don’t generalize to other practice areas. PI-only depth produces a method an entity is recognized for, and PI-only depth is why I can decline competitors of yours.
What if we’re outside the US, UK, or Canada?
I work in those three jurisdictions only. The legal framing, claimant search behaviour, and authority signals diverge enough beyond them that the method would have to be re-engineered. If you’re outside the three, I’ll say no.
Three steps. Ten days. One named diagnosis.
The decision worth making isn’t whether SEO is working. It’s whether you can name, in one sentence, why it isn’t.
