2-page diagnostic PDF
Page 1: your firm’s score, band, and per-pillar quick-read. Page 2: the band verdict and the next-step path. Designed for partner-level review.
Band-specific verdict
One of four diagnostic verdicts based on your score. The same paragraph Behzad would write if you commissioned the full Diagnostic, calibrated to the band your firm lands in.
8-minute Loom from Behzad
Walks through what each pillar score actually means at the partner level, not the marketing-team level. Recorded specifically for this Scorecard. Evergreen, updated quarterly.
The four pillars of the PI Authority Engine.
The same four pillars Behzad uses for every Diagnostic engagement. Each is scored 0–3. The order matters; each pillar depends on the one before it.
Hover any pillar to see what it diagnoses. The orbit pauses on hover.
Where your firm could land.
No flattery. The verdict is calibrated to which band your firm scores into. Roughly half of PI firms audited land in “Authority Underbuilt,” and that is the most fixable state to be in.
Top 5% of PI sites for structural authority. The Scorecard is a confirmation. The next conversation is strategic, not diagnostic.
The foundation is partially built. Specific gaps are draining authority you’re already paying to produce. The Diagnostic names them in 10 days.
Generating activity, not signed cases. The most common state for $2M–$15M PI firms, and structurally fixable in order inside 12 months.
Your current vendor is producing reports, not building authority. The gap widens every month until structure is engineered. The Diagnostic is the starting point.
Who the Scorecard is actually built for.
If your firm doesn’t fit, the Scorecard still delivers, but the verdict paragraphs and the next-step paths won’t be calibrated to your situation. Reply to the delivery email and a referral will follow within two business days.

Personal Injury SEO Strategist. Operator background. ORCID-registered researcher.
Behzad Hussain reads a PI firm’s organic asset the way a CFO reads a P&L: as a system with leakage, compounding, and named line items. The four-pillar PI Authority Engine, the Scorecard you’re about to complete, and the verdict paragraphs in the resulting PDF are his work, used in every Diagnostic engagement.
One strategist per engagement. PI-only. US, UK, Canada.
Before you start.
How is my data used?
Your firm name, role, work email, and metro are used to generate your personalized Scorecard PDF and to send the 7-email educational sequence that follows. Your scoring answers are stored in the cohort dataset Behzad uses to calibrate the verdict thresholds over time. Nothing is sold, shared, or surfaced publicly with your firm’s name attached.
Reply STOP to any email in the sequence to be removed.
Why work email only? Why are free-mail addresses blocked?
The Scorecard is calibrated to firms operating at $2M–$30M+ revenue with 5+ attorneys. The free-mail block is a soft gate that keeps the dataset clean and the verdict paragraphs honest. If you’re a managing partner without a firm email yet, reply to behzad@rankbrilliance.com directly and the Scorecard will still be delivered.
What happens after I submit?
Within 60 seconds you receive an email with the 2-page PDF attached and the 8-minute Loom link inside the PDF. Over the next 7 days you receive one short email per pillar explaining what your “no” and “unsure” answers actually signal at the structural level.
If your verdict points you to the Diagnostic, the booking link for a 30-minute scoping call with Behzad is included in the PDF and in every email in the sequence. No call is required at any point.
Is the 8-minute Loom personalized to my firm?
No. The Loom is evergreen and recorded specifically for this Scorecard instrument. It walks through what each pillar score means at the partner level, calibrated to the band you scored into. It is updated quarterly as the underlying PI search environment shifts. Personalized commentary is part of the Diagnostic engagement, not the Scorecard.
Can I retake the Scorecard later?
Yes. Most firms retake it 6 months after first submission as a drift check, especially after a vendor change, a site migration, or a core update. Submitting again with the same firm name and email within 30 days re-sends the prior PDF without enrolling you in the email sequence twice.
I’m not the buyer at my firm. Should I still take it?
Yes. The PDF is designed to be forwarded inside the partnership. The verdict paragraph is written for the managing partner and CMO to read cold. If your role is Marketing Manager, Operations, or similar, the email sequence will include a one-line forward-nudge to make that handoff easier.
What if I score “Authority Built”? Do I need anything?
Probably not. Fewer than 5% of PI firms land in that band, and the firms that do typically built that authority deliberately with strong technical leadership. The verdict paragraph for that band will point to the Fractional PI Search Strategist engagement only if your firm has multiple vendors or in-house SEO with no single accountable owner. Otherwise, no engagement is needed. Running the Scorecard again in 6 months is a useful drift check.
